Read this first. Professor Elijah offers spiritual consultation and personal guidance. He does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or immigration advice, and no outcome of any kind is promised or guaranteed. Services are for adults aged 18 and over.
1. Who provides the service
Professor Elijah is a sole practitioner offering spiritual consultations and personal guidance, based in Brooklyn and working across New York City, as well as remotely by telephone and WhatsApp.

2. What a consultation is
A consultation is a private conversation about your situation, conducted within the spiritual tradition Professor Elijah practises. It is intended to help you reflect, set out your situation clearly, and consider your own next steps. It is offered as personal and spiritual support.
3. What a consultation is not
A consultation is not, and must not be treated as:
- Medical or mental health care. Professor Elijah is not a physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or licensed therapist. Nothing said in a consultation diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any illness or condition. Never stop, start, or change a medication or a course of treatment because of a consultation. Speak to your doctor.
- Legal advice. Professor Elijah is not an attorney and does not work on court cases, legal disputes, or any legal matter.
- Immigration assistance. He does not work on visa, green card, asylum, or any other immigration application, and does not prepare, advise on, or influence immigration matters. Those require a licensed immigration attorney or a representative accredited by the Department of Justice.
- Financial advice. He is not a financial adviser, accountant, or lender, and does not work on loans, debts, credit, investments, or the approval of any application.
- Any guarantee about another person. No one can control, compel, or guarantee the decisions, feelings, or behaviour of another person. Nothing offered here does so.
If your question falls into one of these areas, please consult a licensed professional. Professor Elijah will say so and will decline the work.
4. No guarantee of results
Spiritual consultation produces no measurable, predictable, or repeatable outcome, and results cannot be promised. Specifically:
- No particular result is promised or guaranteed.
- No timeframe is promised — not 24 hours, not 72 hours, not any number of days.
- No promise is made that a specific person will contact you, return to you, or act in any particular way.
- Nothing offered is a substitute for your own decisions and actions.
Any claim you may encounter elsewhere offering guaranteed reconciliations, guaranteed results, or guaranteed timeframes does not come from Professor Elijah and should not be relied on.
5. Age requirement
Consultations are available only to people aged 18 or over. By contacting Professor Elijah you confirm that you are at least 18.
6. The first consultation
The first consultation, by telephone or WhatsApp, is free of charge and carries no obligation. It normally lasts about 15–20 minutes. Its purpose is for Professor Elijah to hear your situation and tell you honestly whether and how he may be able to help. Nothing is charged for it, and you are not required to continue afterwards.
7. Fees and payment
- If you decide to continue after the free consultation, the work and its exact cost are explained and agreed with you before anything begins.
- You will never be charged an amount you have not agreed in advance.
- There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no automatic renewals.
- No payment is collected through this website. You will never be asked on this site, or by message, for card numbers, bank details, or account credentials. If you receive such a request claiming to be from Professor Elijah, it is not genuine — do not respond, and please report it to professorelijahnyc@gmail.com.
- Fees vary with the type and length of the work, so no single price is published. Yours is quoted during the free consultation.
8. Appointments, cancellation and stopping
- Please give as much notice as you can if you cannot attend an appointment, so the time can be offered to someone else.
- You may stop at any point. Tell Professor Elijah, and no further work is carried out and nothing further is charged.
- Professor Elijah may decline or end work where he believes he cannot help, where the request falls outside what he offers, or where conduct towards him is abusive or unlawful.
9. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about your situation, so the guidance you receive is based on fact.
- Continue any medical, psychological, legal, or financial care you are receiving, and consult the relevant professional for those matters.
- Make your own decisions. You remain responsible for the choices you make and the actions you take.
10. Confidentiality
What you share is treated as private and is not discussed with anyone else or used in advertising. No client is named, quoted, or shown on this website. Note that a spiritual consultation does not carry the legal privilege that applies to a licensed attorney or licensed therapist. How enquiry data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
11. Crisis and emergencies
Professor Elijah is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, do not wait for a reply here.
In the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911 in an emergency.
12. Website content and intellectual property
The text, design, and images on this website belong to Professor Elijah and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. The site is provided as it is; while care is taken to keep it accurate, no warranty is given that it is free of errors or always available.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Professor Elijah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from a consultation. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects any statutory consumer rights you may have.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
15. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its "last updated" date.
