Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026 · Applies to professorelijahnyc.com

This policy explains what personal information is collected when you use this website or contact Professor Elijah, what it is used for, how long it is kept, and what you can ask to have done with it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

The short version. Your details are used for one thing only: to reply to your enquiry. They are never sold, never rented, never shared with other businesses, and never used to send you marketing. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time by emailing professorelijahnyc@gmail.com.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Professor Elijah, a sole practitioner providing spiritual consultation and personal guidance services, based in Brooklyn, New York City, is responsible for the personal information described here.

2. What is collected

a. When you submit the call-back form

Phone numberYesTo call you back. This is the only way the call-back can happen.
Preferred time slotYesTo call at a time that suits you (New York time).
Your messageNoOptional context, if you choose to give any.

Please do not send health information, financial account details, immigration documents, or other sensitive records through this form. They are not needed and should not be sent by email or web form.

b. When you call, message or email

If you call, send a WhatsApp message, or email, Professor Elijah will have your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell him. WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) under its own privacy policy; telephone calls are carried by the phone networks involved.

c. Automatically, when you visit

The website is hosted by Netlify, which records standard server information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. The site also uses Google Ads conversion measurement, described in section 4.

3. What it is used for, and the legal basis

Your information is never used to send you marketing, newsletters, or promotional messages, and it is never sold, rented, or shared with other businesses for their own purposes.

4. Advertising measurement and cookies

This website uses the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) directly. No tag manager and no other analytics or advertising platform is installed.

The tag is used to count how many visitors take a contact action — tapping the call button, tapping the WhatsApp button, tapping the email address, and successfully submitting the call-back form — and to connect those actions to the advertisement that brought the visitor to the site. To do this, Google may set cookies in your browser and read a click identifier (gclid) from the advertisement link.

Important points:

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, and you can turn off personalised Google advertising at My Ad Center. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this site or to contact Professor Elijah.

5. Who else handles your information
